Hey there!
To decide if these programs are for you, you probably need to know a bit more about me!

My name's Shamash. Shamash Alidina to be precise. I live in London (the one in England) and have been teaching mindfulness and meditation for 18 years.
I’ve published seven international bestsellers on mindfulness including Mindfulness for Dummies and The Mindful Way through Stress. Most people seem to have hear of the dummies one that I wrote.

My claim to fame - I’ve spoken in summits alongside teachers like Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, Dr. Dan Siegel, Jack Kornfield, and Eckhart Tolle. Those are mainly online summits, but still count in my book.

In other words, I like mindfulness and meditation, and like to have fun along the way.

All of my programs are infused with these values. If they line up with your values, you’re gonna love it. If you don’t like creativity, kindness, community and mindfulness, this program is not gonna be fun for you!

The trainings I run are of course professional too, and I ensure I cover all the topics in a compassionate and ‘embodied’ way - in other words, I do my best to walk my talk. If I’m failing on that one, let me know...
